Right of return for consumers 

If the contract is a consumer contract (consumer contracts are contracts for services of normal consumption that are intended for the personal or family use of the consumer and are not related to the professional or commercial activity of the consumer), the following right of return applies to the consumer:

  1. Right of return: 

Return policy You have the right to return the goods received without giving reasons within 21 days of receipt of the goods by sending them back. The return deadline is met if the goods are handed over to Swiss Post or another transport company on the last day of the deadline. The return must be sent to:

Consequences of return If you make use of your right of return, we must immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You bear the cost of returning the goods. 

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

  1. Information on liability for defects (warranty) 

The statutory warranty regulations apply. We shall remedy defects at your discretion by subsequent fulfilment, i.e. rectification of a defect (subsequent improvement) or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement delivery). If the subsequent fulfilment fails, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to insignificant defects. The right to a reduction in price is excluded.
